Tell us about your first experience with the mattress topper.

Kilian Jornet:

"When I received the mat, Arnaud gave me the first prototypes. The idea was to see how you could feel a better recovery while sleeping, and if it was really measurable. I started measuring my heart rate variability (HRV) every morning and night to monitor recovery. The results were immediate. How did you observe these changes in your heart?

Kilian Jornet:
