Arnaud Tortel

Kinésithérapeute et diététicien, Arnaud Tortel a aussi mené des expéditions polaires. Depuis plus de vingt ans, il accompagne des athlètes d’élite, dont quinze ans avec l’équipe internationale de trail Salomon.

Partout, il fait le même constat : on prépare l’effort au détail près, puis on confie sa récupération à un matelas ordinaire. IAKOTA est né de là, pour que la nuit devienne un vrai temps de récupération.
