1. Personal data protection and cookie management policy

This policy applies to the IAKOTA website and explains how your personal data is collected and used, and the rights you have regarding its processing.

IAKOTA is responsible for processing your personal data as part of its external communication, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (RGPD). This processing is recorded in a register kept by the appointed Data Protection Officer (DPO), and is based on IAKOTA's legitimate interest, which is to present its activities and services.

Processing of personal data any operation applied to personal data (collection, recording, modification, etc.).
People concerned users of the site, referred to here as «you» or «your».
Data controller the legal entity determining the purposes and means of the processing, in this case IAKOTA.
